Current Openings

  • Direct Care Specialist

    Provide supervision, mentorship, and daily living support to adolescents within a structured residential setting by maintaining safety, supporting routines, documentation, transportation, and helping create a stable, relationship-centered, trauma-informed environment.

  • Therapist / Clinical Provider

    Provide therapeutic services, intake assessments, treatment planning, regular therapy sessions, clinical support, and care coordination to help youth build emotional regulation, coping skills, stability, and progress toward individualized treatment goals within residential care.

  • Support residents’ emotional and behavioral well-being through skill development, treatment collaboration, and individualized support strategies.

  • Assist with maintaining a safe, supportive, and well-supervised environment through flexible coverage and direct youth support as needed.

  • Provide leadership, oversight, and guidance to residential staff while ensuring quality care, safety, and daily operational excellence.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across residential locations, staffing coordination, compliance oversight, and program operations.
